Sign up

1. Install CargoLens from Google Play or the App Store (links below).
2. Open the app and tap "Don’t have an account?" on the sign-in screen.
3. Enter your name, work email, and a password. The free plan includes 50 inspections per month and needs no credit card.
4. If you are starting a new team, the app sets up your organization. If your team already uses CargoLens, join it with a code (next section).

Join your team with an organization code

1. Ask your CargoLens admin for your organization code.
2. After you sign up or sign in, the app shows the Join Organization screen when your account is not yet part of a team.
3. Enter the code and tap Join Organization. Your team’s workflows appear right away.
4. If the app says the code was not found, check it with your admin, or email us and we will add you.

Reset your password

1. On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot Password?" and enter your account email.
2. Open the reset link in the email and choose a new password.
3. If the email does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then email us from your account address and we will reset it for you.

Export inspections

1. Open an inspection to export it as a PDF report with photos.
2. From the dashboard, tap Export Data to export many inspections at once as CSV or Excel.
3. Admins and managers can also export from the web dashboard.
4. Your data is yours. Ask us any time for a full export or for deletion.
