1. Acceptance of Terms

CargoLens is operated by Sentria Inc. By accessing and using CargoLens, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

CargoLens provides a logistics inspection management platform including:

Mobile and web applications for inspection documentation
Photo storage and management
Workflow automation tools
CSV, Excel, and PDF export

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate account information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Use the service in compliance with applicable laws
Not attempt to disrupt or compromise the service

4. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance.

Monthly self-serve plans: cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Paid pilots and implementations: billed as stated in your order form, including any credit toward year one and the opt-out point. If you opt out in writing by that point, you owe nothing further.
Annual and enterprise plans: billed per your order form.

Except as stated above or required by law, fees already paid are not refunded.

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all inspection data and content you upload. You grant CargoLens a license to process and store this data to provide our services.

6. Limitation of Liability

CargoLens is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

Monthly self-serve plans may be cancelled at any time as described above. Pilots follow the pilot terms above. For annual and enterprise plans, either party may terminate with 30 days notice, subject to your order form. Upon termination, you may export your data.
