By accessing and using CargoLens, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

CargoLens provides a logistics inspection management platform including:

Mobile and web applications for inspection documentation
Photo storage and management
Workflow automation tools
Export and integration capabilities

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate account information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Use the service in compliance with applicable laws
Not attempt to disrupt or compromise the service

4. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all inspection data and content you upload. You grant CargoLens a license to process and store this data to provide our services.

6. Limitation of Liability

CargoLens is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days notice. Upon termination, you may export your data.
