What the pilot includes

Everything in Pro, live at your site from day 0.

AI damage flag on photos

AI checks each load photo for visible damage and flags it; the receiver confirms or clears the flag. Runs when the device is online, and checks taken offline run after sync.

Issue lines per shipment

Record as many lines as a load needs, each with SKU, batch, quantity, the issue and photos.

Inbound Damage Report

In the web portal, damage rolled up by origin plant, carrier, site, SKU and batch, with a drill-down to every load.

Weekly plant report email

Each origin plant can get a weekly email of the damaged lines it shipped: SKU, batch, quantity, carrier, site and photo links, plus a CSV.

Offline capture with sync

Receivers finish the whole inspection with no signal. Records and photos stay on the device until the server confirms each upload.

Spanish and English

Each receiver works in the language they choose, on the same app.

Excel and CSV export

Export loads and the damage report any time, plus a PDF claims packet for any load.

Read paperwork with AI

Snap the BOL or packing slip and AI suggests the fields; the receiver confirms them.

Week by week

About 15 minutes of training per receiver, a short site lead call each week, and we do the rest.

  1. Before day 0
    We build your site
    • Your organization and site set up, with your damage categories, carriers and origin plants in the receiving workflow.
    • End-to-end test on iPhone and Android: a clean load, a damaged load with an AI flag, an offline load that syncs, the report and the export.
    • Your team invited by role, and a receiver quick card in English and Spanish for the receiving desk.
  2. Week 1
    Go live and measure
    • A 20-minute kickoff call to agree scope, success measures and who gets the weekly report.
    • A 15-minute training at the start of each shift, then the first live loads with us on site or on a video call.
    • Clean-load time measured from the records, and the workflow trimmed the same week if it is slowing the dock.
    • First weekly report: loads recorded, damaged loads by category and carrier, receivers active.
  3. Week 2
    Reach full coverage
    • A short call with the site lead on who is not recording yet and why.
    • Every damaged load reviewed for category and photos.
    • Recorded loads checked against your own receipt count, by day.
    • Mid-pilot check-in and the second weekly report.
  4. Week 3
Hold it and build the scorecard
    • Coverage held through shift changes; any cover staff trained with the same 15-minute script.
    • A first carrier scorecard by carrier, origin and damage category, checked with your operations lead.
    • Third weekly report.
  5. Week 4
    Prove it
    • Five quick questions to receivers on what slows them down and what to keep.
    • The monthly Inbound Damage Report drafted from the portal, with the Excel export and claims packets for the top damaged loads.
    • A preview with your operations lead, then the fourth weekly report.
  6. Days 28 to 30
    Readout and decision
    • Final numbers and the monthly report sent to your team.
    • A 30-minute readout with the scorecard and a continue or opt-out decision.
    • Continue: your site keeps running with no reset and the $2,500 is credited to year one. Opt out by email by day 30: we export everything to Excel, CSV and PDF and you owe nothing further.
