REST API with API keys
List and create inspections and fetch their photos over a public REST API. Admins create and revoke keys in Settings, scoped to read, write or both.
Signed webhooks
Inspection events are sent to your URL as they happen, including records synced later from offline phones. Every request is signed with HMAC-SHA256, failed deliveries are retried, and each endpoint has a test button and a delivery log.
CSV and Excel export
Export records to CSV and Excel at any time, plus a PDF claims packet for each load.
WMS and ERP integration
Integration with your WMS or ERP is part of setup. We map CargoLens records to the fields your system expects and connect them through the API and webhooks.
Webhook events
