How to Delete Your Account

To delete your CargoLens account and associated data, please follow these steps:

1. Send an email to privacy@cargolens.app
2. Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
3. Include your registered email address
4. We will process your request within 48 hours

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, we remove:

• Your user profile and personal information
• All inspection data you created
• Photos and documents you uploaded
• Your access to the organization

Data Retention

Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of your request. Some anonymized analytics data may be retained for up to 90 days for system improvement purposes.

Alternative: Data Export

If you'd like to export your data before deletion, please mention this in your email and we'll provide your data in a downloadable format.
